About us ....
Coastal beach rides specialises in delivering private, intimate beach rides for all levels of rider. Ride one of our friendly Horses with your friends or family along the stunning Seven mile beach in Lennox Head for 90 minutes of bucket list ticking adventures.
We ensure to also capture the moment so you have some keepsake photos to take home with you.
We offer sunrise, sunset and daytime rides for small intimate groups of upto 6 riders.
If you would like to ride solely as your own group please get in touch to upgrade to a private ride.
We are a service backed by extensive years of experience ensuring that we can deliver a safe and enjoyable time for every rider. We also strongly value FUN! So expect a lot of that on your ride.
(All riders must be over 10yrs old in a group ride) For under 10s please get intouch to organise a private family ride.

Had the most incredible experience today with Coastal Rides in Lennox Head 🤍
From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention goes into everything they do. The horses are absolutely beautiful... healthy, calm, and so clearly well looked after, which made the whole experience feel really safe and enjoyable.
What I loved most is how well they cater to *everyone*. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, they match you with the right horse and make sure you feel confident the whole time. I rode Pepper, who was incredibly surefooted, gentle, and just an all-round perfect partner.... especially for anyone who might be a little nervous or newer to riding.
The ride itself was stunning (Lennox never disappoints), and the team created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to just enjoy the moment.
Honestly couldn’t recommend Coastal Rides enough... I’ll definitely be back 🐎✨

Such a magical experience! Equikids have started something truly special at Lennox - their love for their horses and for this beach really shows. The horses are beautifully cared for and obviously adored by the team, whilst the team themselves are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They make you feel instantly at ease and watching my daughter ride along seven mile beach I knew she was in safe and capable hands.
Could not recommend this experience more - it’s something that we will remember for many years to come (and I’m sure she’ll be begging to come back and do it all again very soon)

Coastal beach rides was the most memorable beach ride that me and my girlfriend have done together - we have been on multiple trail rides with a few bigger companies in Queensland but nothing compares to coastal beach rides - pete and rocky the horse were amazing! Pete the instructor was very clear with instructions and made us both feel a lot more confident in riding than we originally were + gave us a lot more knowledge about equines along the way and - a lot of other companies feels rushed and don’t give you 100% focus! Pete will be 110% focus on you and your partner or family - I wouldn’t recommend any other company than coastal beach rides - I will definitely be back for more trail rides + riding lessons - if you ever thinking of doing a horse trail - give coastal beach rides a go - they are extremely great value in price for the service they provide :)
